zucchini 300 - g
wheat flour - 20 g
vegetable oil – 20 g
green onions – 50 g
tomatoes –120 g
leaves of green salad – 20 g
spinach – 40 g
parsley 20 g
lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
greens dill-10 g
sugar – 6 g
Salt to taste. Cut Zucchini with lobule, put bread in wheat flour, fry in part of the oil and cool. Cut onions and fry in the remaining oil, add tomatoes, sliced lobule, finely sliced spinach, salad greens and parsley. Braise all at 10 minutes. At the end add lemon juice and sugar. Cool. Prepared Weight Loss Zucchini in Bulgaria scatter with parsley dill and leaves of green salad.
