Tasty Low Fat Soup of pumpkin with milk recipe
Soup of pumpkin with milk recipe per 2 portions:
milk 3 cups
semolina 2 tablespoons
pumpkin 300 g
water 1 glass
butter 1 tablespoon
sugar 2 teaspoons
Salt to taste. Cut flesh of pumpkin with slices. Pour hot water and boil pumpkin to preparedness. Grind pumpkin with broth. Add semolina with thin trickle in boiling milk To brew its 10-15 minutes. Then enter grinded pumpkin, bring mixture to the boil, add sugar and salt. Add butter in prepared soup of pumpkin with milk.
