Low fat stuffed cucumbers per 4 portions:
Cucumbers - 200 g
dill greens - 10 g
tomatoes - 40 g
boiled eggs - 20 g
flesh boiled beef - 60 g
leaves of green salad -10 g
sour cream - 60 g
sugar - 6 g
Salt to taste. Cut cucumbers. Cut part of the flesh and cut it too. Cut green dill, tomatoes, eggs and beef. All connect. Add sour cream, sugar, salt. Mix. Stuff cucumbers cooked filling. Cut prepared Low fat stuffed cucumbers with slices and scatter with greens.
