Low fat salad with carrots and apple recipe per 4 portions:
carrots – 280 g
apples – 160 g
pitted prunes – 120 g
sugar – 20 g
low fat cheese – 80 g
Shred carrots with straws. Cut peeled apples with slices. Soak prunes at 20 minutes and then cut with pieces. Connect all ingredients, add sugar, mix. Put low fat salad with carrots and apple in dish and add sour cream.
