Low fat, Low carb salad with cod recipe per 2 portions:
fillet of cod 200 g
boiled potatoes 100 g
cucumbers 80 g
tomatoes 80 g
canned green peas 20 g
leaf of green lettuce 20 g
vegetable oil 20 g
lemon juice 10 g
greens of parsley10 g
egg 1 pc.
Salt to taste. Cut potatoes, cucumbers and tomatoes with block. Cut leaf of green lettuce with straw. Scale fish. Cut fillet of fish with slices. Connect prepared ingredients with canned green peas. Add mixed vegetable oil with lemon juice. Mix all. Add salt. Put prepared Low fat salad with cod in dish and scatter with greens and slices of eggs and tomatoes.
