Low fat liver paste easy recipe
Low fat liver paste for 4 portions:
liver of beef – 240 g
onions – 40 g
carrots – 40 g
butter – 40 g
milk – 80 g
Salt to taste. Cut liver with pieces. Boil liver with onions and carrots ready to preparedness, cool, and then skip through the meat grinder.
Connect the resulting mass with the soft butter, milk and egg. Then mould long loaf, cool it. Cut prepared dietetical liver paste with slices and scatter with greens.
Calorie content in one portion 55 g: protein -11,3 g, fats -10,7 g, carbohydrates - 2,5g and energy content – 152,0 calorie.
