Fruit salad. Pear recipe

Pear fruit saladThis is easy fruit salad recipe.

Ingredients

At one pear : 50 g prunes, 1 apple, 50 g of cheese, syrup, mayonnaise.

Recipe

Peel pears. Chop pears along, removing average portion. Chop prunes. And put pitted prunes in deepening. Pour syrup on. Mix apples and cheese, add mayonnaise and placing between pears.

Pears seem to blend well with the blue cheese (Stilton, Dolcelatte cheese, Danish Blue cheese). It is a good replacement of traditional cheese.
