Diet Vegetable Caviar
Diet vegetable сaviar per 2 portions:
courgettes – 120 g
tomatoes – 100 g
onion - 40 g
carrots – 120 g
root of parsley – 30 g
green of parsley – 10 g
vegetable oil – 20 g
lemon juice – 10 g
sugar –6 g
Salt to taste. Chop onion, carrots and root of parsley, slightly fry of oil, add a little water. Boil vegetables to demi-preparedness. Scald tomatoes, remove the skin, cut flesh of lobule. Connect sliced courgettes and tomatoes with stewed vegetables, add the sugar, salt, lemon juice. Boil all to preparedness.
Skip all vegetables through the meat grinder and then cool them. Prepared dietetical vegetable сaviar scatter with greens.
Calorie content in one portion 180 g: protein -1,4 g, fats -9,8 g, carbohydrates - 9,5 and energy content – 135,0 calorie.
