Diet Sea Food Recipe for fast weight loss:
Fillet of salt herring 100 g
Potatoes 120 g
milk 40 g
butter 40 g
greens of parsley 20 g
Cut fillet of salt herring with the meat grinder twice. Boil potatoes. Grate hot potatoes, then cool them. Connect grated potatoes with stuffing of herring, butter and milk. Mix. Put prepared Diet Sea Food in dish, mould of fish and scatter with greens. Plaster Diet Sea Food on bread or pancake.
Calorie content in one portion 60 g.: protein 5 g, fats 10,5 g, carbohydrates 6,2 and energy content 140 calorie.
