pumpkins 100 g
apples 80 g
leaf of green lettuce 20 g
melon 100 g
sour cream 60 g
sugar 6 g
greens of parsley10 g
Salt to taste. Cut leaves of lettuce with stripes. Cut apples and pumpkins with straws. Cut melon with small dice. Connect prepared ingredients. Add sour cream, sugar, salt. Mix. Put prepared Low fat salad with pumpkins and fruit in dish and scatter with greens and fruit.

This is easy fruit salad recipe.
Ingredients
At one pear : 50 g prunes, 1 apple, 50 g of cheese, syrup, mayonnaise.
Recipe
Peel pears. Chop pears along, removing average portion. Chop prunes. And put pitted prunes in deepening. Pour syrup on. Mix apples and cheese, add mayonnaise and placing between pears.
Pears seem to blend well with the blue cheese (Stilton, Dolcelatte cheese, Danish Blue cheese). It is a good replacement of traditional cheese.
