Cabbage diet salad recipe per 4 portions:
cabbage – 200 g
carrots – 40 g
boiled beets – 100 g
sugar – 8 g
vegetable oil – 40 g
lemon juice – 5 g
greens of dill – 2 g
Salt to taste. Cut cabbage and carrots with straws, salt, add lemon juice and warm. Then cool vegetables, add small dice beets, sugar and oil. Prepared cabbage diet salad scatter with greens.
