Apple and raisins dessert - Fat low diet

Ingredients

Raisins – 100 g., sour cream – 50 g., 2 apples, powdered sugar and cinnamon to your taste.

Recipe

Scald raisins and let it stay for 15-20 min., then put it in a colander, dry out with a napkin and place in a dish. Wash apples, cut them to fine sticks and blend with raisins. Whip sour cream & powdered sugar, pour the cream over the blend, stir and powder it with cinnamon.
