“Summer tale” dessert – Diet food

Curds – 100 g., raisins – 50 g., 3 tinned peachs, 3 pears, cream – 4 table-spoons, sugar to your taste.

Recipe

Grind curds, sugar and cream till you get creamy mixture. Scald and then dry out raisins. Cut peachs, wash pears and slice them.

Blend all ingredients with curd paste and place it to a salad-dish.

Curd pie – Cookie diet

Curds – 500 g., wheat flour – 400 g., sugar – 250 g., 10 yolks, 5 white of eggs, butter – 1 table-spoon, grated lemon peel to your taste.

Recipe

Pound yolks, sugar and lemon peel, add curds. Stir the blend and put sifted wheat flour into it by small portions.

Beat white of eggs up properly, join curd paste, stir and put in an oiled baking tray. Bake a pie in a heated oven for 35-40 min.

The, get the pie cold, cut to diamond morsels, put as a pyramid and serve up.

Apple and raisins dessert – Fat low diet

Ingredients

Raisins – 100 g., sour cream – 50 g., 2 apples, powdered sugar and cinnamon to your taste.

Recipe

Scald raisins and let it stay for 15-20 min., then put it in a colander, dry out with a napkin and place in a dish. Wash apples, cut them to fine sticks and blend with raisins. Whip sour cream & powdered sugar, pour the cream over the blend, stir and powder it with cinnamon.

2 oranges, 2 tangerines, 1 grapefruit, yoghurt – 100 g., sugar – 5 table-spoons.

Recipe

Peel oranges, tangerines, grapefruit and cut them small. Make cream of yoghurt & sugar and pour it over the fruit paste.

Baked cauliflower & cheese – Fat low diet

Ingredients

Cauliflower (fresh or frozen) – 500 g., cheese – 100 g., milk – 200 ml., 2 eggs, oil – 2 table-spoons, salt&pepper to your taste.

Recipe.

Wash and part cauliflower, then, blanch it in oil for 3-5 min., and place into a baking form. Grate cheese with a fine-grained grater, add beaten eggs, milk, salt&pepper and pour this mixture over cauliflower.

Place the baking form in an oven, heated to 180-200 oC, for 15-20 min. Serve up properly cooked cauliflower in the baking form.

Potatoes with sea-products and tomatos – Easy diet

Ingredients

Potatoes – 200 g., frozen shelled shrimps – 200 g., frozen mussel flesh – 100 g., 2 tomatos, 1 garlic clove, olive oil – 2 table-spoons, sweet basil – 2 sprigs, salt& ground pepper to your taste.

Recipe.

Boil potatoes in a slightly-salted water, and put them in a colander. Skin and cut garlic very small, pour olive oil in a pan and fry on a faint fire for 1-2 min., then, lay out shrimps & mussels, peeled and cut tomatos and cook for about 5-7 min. Salt and pepper.

Put potatoes on a few plates, then place shrimps and tomatos, trim with sweet basil leafs and serve up.

Squids with mushroom trimming – Diet food

Ingredients

Squids – 500 g., mushrooms – 200 g., canned soy-bean – 200 g., peanut oil – 100 ml., bouillon – 100 ml., soy-bean sauce – 2 table-spoons, starch – 1 table-spoon, parsley green – 1/2 tuft, ginger to your taste.

Recipe

Wash and slice mushrooms. Skin, wash, cut to sticks and scald squids. Heat peanut oil in a pan

and fry squids & mushrooms till it has goldish colour, add bouillon, soy-bean sauce, ginger, starch, and stew as far as it’s demi-cooked. Then, add soy-bean and stew till it’s properly cooked. The dish season with parsley sprigs. Trim with boiled rice or vegetables

Stuffed eggs – Cookie Diet

Ingredients

4 eggs, canned cod liver – 100 g., 1 large onion, 1 lemon, grated cheese – 1 table-spoon, tomato sauce – 1 table-spoon, oil – 1 table-spoon, Madeira – 1 tea-spoon, dill & parsley green – 1/2 tuft each, salt&pepper to your taste.

Recipe

Boil eggs hard, get them cold, sell and cut lengthwise in two, take out yolks carefully.

Skin onion, cut it very small, add oil and fry on a faint fire till it has goldish colour.

Mash liver up with a fork, mix with yolks, fried onion, chopped dill, salt, pepper, pour Madeira in and stir thoroughly.

Fill half-white of eggs with this stuffing, put them to a baking tray, smear each with tomato sauce, powder with some grated cheese and bake them in an oven.

Place cooked eggs on a plate and trim with parsley sprigs and lemon slices.

Cheese & vegetables salad – Easy Diet

Ingredients

Hard cheese – 300 g., mayonnaise – 200 g., tinned green peas – 150 g., sour cream – 100 g., 4 pickled cucumbers, 2 potatoes, 2 carrots,  dill & parsley green – 1/2 tuft each, salt&pepper to your taste.

Recipe

Boil potatoes and carrots in a slightly-salted water, get them cold and then cut them into sticks. Peel cucumbers and cut them into sticks, grate cheese with a  coarse-grained grater.

Blend all ingredients, add green peas, salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise and sour cream and stir thoroughly.

Place salad in a salad bowl and trim with chopped greens before serving.

Tomato, cucumber & haricot in a pod salad – diet salad

Ingredients

6 tomatos, 3 cucumbers, haricot in a pod – 150 g., 2 boiled eggs, mayonnaise – 3 table-spoons, oil – 2 table-spoons, vinegar – 2 tea-spoons, tomato paste – 1 tea-spoon, lettuce – 1 tuft, dill & parsley green – 1/2 tuft each, salt to your taste.

Recipe

Wash tomatos & cucumbers and cut them up to circles. Wash haricot, cut it up to bits, place into a deep pan, add some oil, salt it and fry on a faint fire till it’s properly cooked. Shell the eggs and cut each up in four.

As for sauce, stir mayonnaise, vinegar, tomato paste and chopped dill.

Place washed lettuce leafs on a plate, then put fried haricot as a hill, and then, in turn, tomato & cucumber circles aruond the haricot hill. Sauce the salad, trim with egg quarters and parsley sprigs, and serve the dish up.
